Income Eligible Energy Efficiency Program

Effective April 2, 2012, Pepco is no longer accepting new applications for the Income Eligible Energy Efficiency Program.* A program to address the energy efficiency needs of our limited income customers is now being administered by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development .

*Pepco will complete any work that is already in progress in a customer’s home through its Income Eligible Energy Efficiency Program.
