Street Lighting

If you are upgrading street light fixtures to energy-efficient LED fixtures and are paying into the EmPOWER Maryland fund for metered accounts, you are eligible for incentives from the Energy Savings for Business Program. We offer a wide range of outdoor lighting services, including planning and installation.

Commercial customers who own their own streetlights are eligible to receive incentives for replacing existing non-LED lamps. Commercial customers that do not own their own lights or poles must contact their Pepco Government Affairs representative. Customers that are unsure should contact Pepco before moving forward with any project to replace existing street lights.

Tariffs for Outside Lighting

Work directly with Pepco’s street lighting/engineering department to change the tariff from Servicing Street Lights Served From Overhead Lines Schedule (SSL-OH-LED) or the Servicing Street Lights Served from Underground Lines Schedule (SSL-UG-LED), as applicable.
