Ductless Mini-Split Systems

Get up to a $400 rebate when you buy a qualifying ductless mini-split system!

Ductless mini-split heating and cooling systems deliver warm or cool air directly into different rooms or zones in the home rather than routing it through ducts. They are quiet, easy to install and, because there are no ducts, they avoid the air loss to leaks, holes and poorly connected ducts that can be as high as 20 to 30% in central forced air systems.*

Ductless mini-split systems can save you money.
Heating and cooling cost the average homeowner about $1,000 a year––nearly half the home's energy bill. Replacing your traditional HVAC system with a ductless mini-split system can cut your heating and cooling costs by as much as 30%.* And, unlike a traditional central heating and cooling system, you only have to heat the areas of the house that are occupied. You can turn the system down or off in the other areas.

They can make your home more comfortable.
In traditional heating and cooling systems, you generally have one temperature throughout your entire home. With ductless mini-split systems—where each zone or room has its own thermostat—you can control the temperature of each zone. Many systems also feature remote controls.

They are easy to install and save space.
Ductless mini-splits are a good option for home additions or for controlling temperatures in selected areas, such as a separate floor or wing of your home. They also allow the installation of heating and cooling in homes without ductwork. They take up less space and do not require the remodeling or construction needed for ductwork.

They’re a tried and true technology.
Ductless systems are the primary means of delivering heating and cooling in Europe and Asia, and have been in use for more than 30 years.
